Our company is recruiting technical and sales personnel to support the growth and success of our two innovative software products, Advance/NanoLabo and Advance/NeuralMD. Advance/NanoLabo is software for first-principle calculations and molecular dynamics simulations, featuring a user-friendly GUI designed especially for beginners. Advance/NeuralMD is a software for molecular dynamics simulations leveraging the latest Neural Network force field technology. Since its launch in 2018, it has been used by numerous customers both domestically and internationally. With an eye towards future growth, we are looking for new members to join our team.

Job Openings

Product Development Engineer

  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvement of existing features for Advance/NanoLabo and Advance/NeuralMD.
  • Utilize programming skills and scientific knowledge to contribute to the evolution of cutting-edge technology.
  • Emphasize teamwork and collaboration.

Product Support Engineer

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding the usage of product.
  • Collect feedback from users and collaborate with the development team to solve problems.
  • Require excellent communication skills and technical knowledge.

Sales Representative

  • Introduce and expand the sales of Advance/NanoLabo and Advance/NeuralMD to new customers.
  • Leverage knowledge of the software market and science and technology industry to find new business opportunities.
  • Build good relationships with customers and convey the value of the software products.

Required Skills for Technical Positions

  • Knowledge in Physics & Chemistry: Fundamental knowledge of physics and chemistry related to molecular dynamics calculations and first-principle calculations is required. We are seeking individuals who understand the basic principles such as molecular interactions and energy calculations and can contribute to the development and improvement of software.
  • Knowledge in Machine Learning: Knowledge in machine learning and neural networks is beneficial for solving problems using the latest technologies of Advance/NeuralMD. Understanding machine learning algorithms and data analysis skills are crucial.
  • Programming Skills: Experience in developing with programming language such as Java, C++, Python contributes to the development of superior applications. Additionally, programming skills for improving software performance and fixing bugs are also important.

Required Skills for Sales Positions

  • Sales Experience: Preference is given to those with sales experience in software products or science and technology products. B2B sales experience is particularly valuable.
  • Technical Knowledge: It is important to have a basic understanding of the technology behind Advance/NanoLabo and Advance/NeuralMD and to be able to explain the advantages of the products to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to build relationships with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: The ability to understand customer needs and make appropriate product proposals is necessary.
